Order processing time comprises:
time of conveying the goods to the deliverer and delivery time.
Maximum time for conveying the package to the deliverer after receiving the order is 2 working days from making a contract (in case of Cash on Demand) or 2 working days from receiving the money transfer.
In case of goods signed as “To order”, maximum delivery time is 14 working days.
When the Client is not able to collect the package at any time, before placing an order an e-mail should be sent to sklep.revedechantelle@gmail.com stating the preferred day and time of collecting the package.
In case of self-pickup, goods can be collected from Vendor’s warehouse at ul.Kochanowskiego 43 in Tarnów between 7.00am and 3.00pm on working days.
