Making a complaint
Notification of the complaint by the consumer may be done in the form of either:
- In writing, at the address: ul. Kochanowski 30A, 33-100 Tarnów
- By mail at: sklep.revedechantelle@gmail.com.
The Vendor will reconsider the complaint within 14 days.

Return policy
According to the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To return a product, you must complete the withdrawal form and send it by email or mail it to our address along with the product.
Please include all accessories, the receipt, and/or invoice. The direct costs of returning the product (including shipping) are borne by the buyer (Article 34(2) of the Act).
Each return must be reported in advance by email to: sklep.revedechantelle@gmail.com. Only after receiving a return number and approval should you send the parcel. A package without an assigned return number will not be accepted.
Returns apply only to products purchased in the online perfumery at www.sklep.revedechantelle.pl.
Returns from Outside the European Union
Customers placing orders from countries outside the European Union (e.g., the USA, Switzerland, Ukraine) acknowledge that the sales agreement is governed exclusively by Polish law, in particular the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
The store is not responsible for local consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence, unless such responsibility is explicitly required by applicable law.
Product returns are possible within 14 days, in accordance with the regulations in force in Poland, solely at the customer's expense, unless the store decides otherwise.
The customer is also responsible for all costs related to customs clearance, shipping, taxes, and any potential administrative fees arising from international shipments.
Returns not reported to sklep.revedechantelle@gmail.com and unpaid parcels will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive the form and the returned product, we will refund all payments made by you (including the cost of the cheapest available delivery method) within 3 days from the effective withdrawal date – using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed (without any additional costs).
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return shipment (Article 32(3) of the Act).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to (Article 38 of the Act):

Products made to order or personalized

Products that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life

Products in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for hygiene or health protection reasons

Products that, after delivery, were inseparably combined with other items
Therefore, we only accept products with intact protective foil, unopened, and in their original packaging.
